Daylilies listed are available at the farm during summer digging season (June 26 to August 4).  See our farm calendar for open dates and hours.  Plants were in excellent condition this past fall and should be ready for visitors to purchase and view beautiful specimens!  Most plants will have double or multiple fans and will make great additions to your garden.  Customers get the largest plant we have available for the price.  We no longer sell daylilies online due to our busy growing seasons.

Lady Fingers.  Peck.  1967.  Dormant.  Diploid.  32"-6".  3 branches.  20 buds.  M.  Spider ratio 4.80:1.  Yellowish-green spidery UF.  Buds open toward top of scapes.  Very airy. Fast growing.

*Lady Neva.  Alexander-Moody.  1970.  Evergreen.  Diploid.  42"-9".  4 branches.  23 buds.  Unusual form crispate.  Soft buff yellow with rose eyezone.  Large star shaped flowers are airy and carried high on scapes.  Very good.

*Legislating Life.  Bremer.  2012.  Dormant.  Tetraploid.  38"-7".  4 branches.  21 buds.  M.  Large deep lavender purple with white then yellow and green throat.  White pattern found on sepals.  Goliath plant and scapes.  ((Ceilo Lavanda x Jealous Jessica) x Swallowtail Kite).

Lemon Lily.  species.  Dormant.  Diploid. 30"-4".  EE.  Yellow self. First lily to flower, beautiful in clumps.  Very fragrant.  Heirloom plant.

*Leo Bordeleau.  Korth.  2015. Dormant.  Tetraploid.  34"-6".  3 branches.  22 buds.  The flowers of Leo Bordeleau have the largest ruffled edge of any in the garden. The ruffles are 1.25” wide but more importantly the flowers open up consistently. The beautiful flowers have colors that range from bright yellow to polychrome with a blush of pink. Fertile pollen, pods difficult.  Truly excellent.

 Carpenter.  1984.  Dormant.  22"-6".  3 branches.  17 buds.  Cream pink blend with a green throat. Large flowers face outward on short scapes.

*Liar for Hire.  Bremer. 2014.  Dormant.  Tetraploid.  31"-5.5".  3 branches.  26 buds.  M.  Amber yellow flower with light and very thin maroon penciled eye and green throat.  In some conditions the penciled eye broadens to create a more full eyezone.  Long blooming and well budded.  Scapes are very straight and carry masses of flowers.  Superior.  (Fallen Leaves x Trojan Bride)

Liberal Thinking.  Bremer.  2013.  Dormant.  Diploid.  24"-5".  3 branches.  18+ buds.  EM.  Highly pie crusted ruffles of soft peach pink.  Out of Ellison breeding, LT is a flower that catches the eye and is now being used in our diploid breeding program heavily.  Excellent scapes have superior branch length and excellent bud spacing.  Superior to all other ruffled diploids.  (Legends of the Fall x Ellison seedling).

Love Comes Calling.  Ellison.  2008.  Diploid.  24"-5".  3 branches.  20 buds.  M.  A excellent round, red diploid from the Ellison breeding program.  This plant has excellent scapes and very good bud counts, not reflected in the AHS registration information.  Not widely distributed, but should be.  Superior.   (sdlg × sdlg)

  Olson.  2002.  Evergreen.  Tetraploid.  27"-6".  3-4 branches.  26 buds.  EM.  Lavender-purple with red blend which has a toothy edge.  Not dormant, but has been highly productive for us.  Flower color is much better than the image.  Great scapes and much sought after.  (Hearts of Destiny x Momentum).
