|Solaris Farms will dig your plants on site or carefully send freshly dug plants to any address you submit. We sell many of our plants online using a secure cart. It is important to us that you receive an excellent product and will only send plants that are healthy and vigorous. We will gladly work with you via email to put together an order that best suits your needs if you are not comfortable using our online shopping carts. Ordering from a new grower, or by mail order can be worrisome at times, so please read the information below to answer some of your concerns. When you receive your order, open the box immediately to inspect and unpack the plants. If there is some damage, please give the plant a chance to recover. If there is an unusual amount of damage, let us know immediately and we will be glad to take the steps to make your order right. We will replace plants or give store credit for issues originating at Solaris Farms. Plant material that goes through a winter season will not be replaced if it fails, due to wide ranging conditions and practices beyond our control.

|Shipping season begins May 15th or as weather permits (plants will always appear small in the spring due to the short growing season prior to shipping). Shipping season ends for daylilies on August 15. If you are in a more southern climate, we may ship later in the fall if upon your advice and our ability to dig plants. Plants will be shipped within seven days of order receipt whenever possible.|
| Plants and divisions are shipped from late September to October 15, in accordance with our digging schedule. We do not dig Paeonia at any other time. Local pickup is available. Orders are accepted January to August, when supplies are available. Peonies should be ordered well ahead of time to avoid disappointment of sell out. We stop taking orders in July/August to prepare for shipping.|

All prices and inventories are subject to change without prior notification. We will absolutely not substitute, unless you give us prior instructions to do so. If for some reason we cannot supply a plant that you have ordered and paid for, we will supply a full refund and other involved costs of the item.
Solaris Farms cannot guarantee the productivity or flower quality of any plant. All plants are closely inspected before shipping, and to the best of our knowledge are healthy and disease free. We are a state registered and inspected nursery. If for some reason there is a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will provide a full refund of the purchase price or replacement of plants which do not arrive healthy, or are below your expectation for quality. Please note that after ten days we can no longer take responsibility for plants not in our care, due to environmental conditions and planting variables.
