Contacting Solaris Farms

We are always pleased to respond to your inquiries and questions through emails, phone calls and the U.S. Mail, but ask that you consider the following....

1)  If you inquire by phone, please do so during the evening to ensure the best chance of speaking to Nate.  Before 9:00 P.M. during spring, fall, and winter months if possible.  Summer contact by phone can be difficult due to the family working in the daylily fields.  No solicitations will be entertained.  Phone/Fax....920-754-4335 and ask for Nate or leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.  Very often you will get the answering machine since we are outside much of the time.   During summer months the answering machine is checked late at night, so quick call backs are not likely.   Solaris Farms is located in the Central Time Zone.

2) If you'd like to contact us by email, please use the word 'daylily' or 'peony' in the subject line.  We always reply to email, but the ever growing number of unwanted spam emails are rapidly making this a more difficult form of communication and our spam filter knocks a large number of correspondences out.  Sometimes this will include viable emails.  If you do not hear back from us after a couple of days,  please try again.  During the non-growing season emails are checked almost every day, but during the summer months it is checked less frequently due to our busy schedule.  Email...info@solarisfarms.com (remember to put 'daylily' or 'peony' in subject line)

3)  Mail is always dependable, but sometimes slower than many would like.
