Angel Cheeks. Klehm. 1970. Lactiflora cultivar. (Mons Jules Elie x seedling 69J). Flower form is a compact bomb shaped double with large pink guard petals. The central puff of petaloids are pink in the upper 2/3rds and the remaining near the collar are cream. Some years the flower is a uniform pink throughout. One main bud per stem with 2-3 side buds. Stems short and strong to 20-24″ in height. Seedling # 87L. An outstanding large flower. American Peony Society Gold Medal winner – 2005. Premium divisions ship late September to mid October.
