Confetti. Lins. 1967. Lactiflora cultivar. A large, loosely built double. Pure white with narrow petals, which suggested its name because the bloom is not too compactly built. It opens well when cut in bud and has long stems, making it a good cut flower candidate. This flower has a low profile and has petal backs that have a pink flush, but fade to white as it ages. Very close in appearance to “Old Lace”, another Lins introduction. Excellent garden peony. Rarely available. Premium divisions ship late September to mid-October.
