Moonrise. Saunders. 1949. Herbaceous hybrid. Ivory single flowers with cream stigmas and a large buff of yellow stamens. Foliage is large and deep green. Excellent plant habit requires no support. Moonrise is a much sought after hybrid for its hybridizing potential and outstanding garden presence. This cultivar is often mislabeled in the trade and finding the true Moonrise can sometimes be challenging. Our plants are authentic. Week 3-4 bloom time. (Albiflora x lobata; F2). Seed fertility with effort. Ships late September to mid October.
