Reward. Saunders. 1941. Herbaceous Hybrid. Parentage: (lactiflora x decora). Upright, very handsome plants with uniquely colored flowers. Single blooms of dark maroon, which may have flat petals, but often have crinkles and creases, all of which are attractive. Red stigmas and filaments. No fertility noted. Unusual, rare and in high demand. Premium divisions ship from late September to mid-October.
