Hinode Sekai (2 year graft)

Hinode Sekai. Japan. Unregistered historic Japanese suffruticosa cultivar. Rosy red carmine semi-double flowers. Petals are crimped and crinkled. Carried on dwarf mounded shrubs. Floriferous.  A collector’s plant. Ships in late September to mid-October. These are 2 year old grafted plants.  While plants are relatively small, they have youthful vigor and make wonderful additions to the garden.  Plant and grow them as you would older woody peonies.
