Burma. Lins. 1945. Lactiflora cultivar. Seedling#: R-7 X D R. A large, beautifully formed, beautiful red, with impeccable flower carriage. Burma has excellent form, heavy substance, good stems that hold the blooms erect, and does not burn in the sun. Plants are of medium height. Typically one bud per stem, but may have a side bud or two. Stems are red and contrast with the foliage perfectly. An outstanding variety. Premium divisions ship late September to mid-October.
