Chameleon

Chameleon. Krekler/Klehm.  Unregistered. Herbaceous Hybrid.  Unknown parentage.  Single lavender-pink blooms on compact bushes with gray-green foliage.  A very nice small rock garden type peony that has wonderfully fine cut foliage.  There are other plants on the market which are also identified as ‘Chameleon”, most being presumed a natural hybrid.  This  plant is much like hybrids seen with P. villosa in its ancestry.   Fertile both ways.  Plant divisions are always small and irregular and reminiscent of its ancestry.  Easy to grow. Premium divisions ship late September to mid October.
