Linda’s Dream.  McCrae/Adelman.  2013.  Lactiflora.  Seedling McCrae #130. Parentage: ‘Westerner’ open pollinated.  Japanese form flowers are medium depth bright magenta, large in size, and fragrant. Cupped guards are generally smooth-edged, but some are irregularly notched. Two to four carpels, green and smooth. Dark magenta stigmas with elongated necks.  Mid/late season bloom period. Seed fertility noted. Upright growth to 40 inches (100 cm). Mechanical support may be required.  Premium divisions ship in late September to mid October.
