Lois’ Choice

Lois’ Choice.  Laning.  1993.  Herbaceous hybrid.  (Quad F3 x Silver Dawn F3).  American Peony Society Gold Medal winner-2017.  Flowers are of two colors, divided into three sections: pink one-third, then a yellow one-third, and the final third pink.  Pink is warm, and the yellow is bright.  Flowers fade with pink highlights as they age.  Bloom can be somewhat inconsistent from year to year, usually due to wet conditions as buds form.  Unique.  Some reported seed fertility is possible with compatible pollen parents. Premium divisions ship late September to mid-October.
