Mary Jo Legare.  Pehrson.  1978.  Herbaceous hybrid.  Reliable,  very deep cherry pink full blossoms with good substance are born on plants with outstanding foliage.   Green carpels and white stigmas (generally not visible).  Stem strength is excellent and plants never lean.  Foliage typically covers the plant from top to the ground.  Tastefully proportioned semi-dwarf growth habit.  Always at the top of popularity lists for good reason. 26″ height.  No fertility to date.  Makes large roots and divisions are ‘ugly’, but good growers. Week 5-6 bloom time. (lactiflora x Little Dorritt). Premium divisions ship late September to mid October.
