Patricia Jean. Stanek. 2020. Herbaceous Hybrid. Seedling No: AprDb. Parentage: ‘Old Faithful’ x ‘Lemon Chiffon’. Soft yellow with carmal shaded double 8 inch flowers are carried one per stem. Multiple rows of large guard petals, with the outer row infused with pink. Lightly fragrant. Dark green leaves cloth the strong 34 inch stems. This cultivar is a slow increaser for us, but is worth the patience. One the best new generation yellow blends. Has demonstrated good potential for cold storage and vase use. Flower color deepens in storage. Awarded Certificate of Merit and advanced to Court of Honor at 2012 APS Annual Exhibition, Omaha Nebraska. Named for the registrant’s mother.
