The single scarlet red flowers of Rabbie have 12 petals and are arranged in 2 rows. Petals have an obcordate notch. Carpels are covered in tiny white hairs. Stigmas and stamens are red. The bright yellow anthers really set of the flower. Flowers are small and held on 24″ sturdy stems. Foliage is deeply cut with many pointed lobes per leaf. Fertile with other diploids. Early blooming. (Laddie x Sparkling Windflower). Premium divisions ship late September to mid October.
