Rosedale

Rosedale.  Auten.  1936.  Herbaceous hybrid.  Clear medium dark red semi-double to double.  Plants are short with stiff stems.  A vigorous grower that is a departure from large-growing red doubles.  This is a seldom available cultivar and should be ranked highly for all of its superior plant characteristics and an extremely beautiful flower.  No fertility.  Adventitious from blind roots.  Parentage: (officinalis x lactiflora).  Premium divisions ship from late September to mid-October.
