Tarawa. Lins. Lactiflora cultivar. Seedling No. R-3-150. Good every year. Can be used for fine floral work at any stage of bloom development. When first opening, it looks like a red-pink Japanese form. Collar and petaloids are pure are self color. As the plant develops, the petaloids develop into an elongated bomb with guards relaxing. Plants above medium height. Has good strong stems. Ships late September to mid October.
