New Millennium. Anderson. 1999. Semi-double deep apricot-rose blend that has a coloration much deeper than most intersectionals. Some petals are streaked in cream, are lightly ruffled and deeply notched. A vibrant color that is not found in any other peony that we know of. Can have 1 side bud. Deep green semi-gloss foliage. We consider this the best I-hybrid for color. Plants have a height of 3′. No fertility noted. Week 5-6 bloom time. Ships in late September to mid October.
