Amber Moon. Saunders. 1948. F1 lutea hybrid. Single; 8-10 petals, slightly tawny (hence the name) yellow, with a distinct rosy edge. Flares small; filaments short, very dark red. Stigmas cream-white; sheath white. Carpels are pale green. Upright grower with broad leaves.  Often blooms again in late summer and well into the fall season. Ships in late September to mid-October.  AGE: Field-grown, 3+ year old graft or division from larger plants – our choice of available plant material upon harvest.
