Aurora. Daphnis. 1977. Advanced generation lutea hybrid. First bloomed 1962. Parentage. Generation: BC-1; (Wings of the Morning x F2 A) Bright yellow, semi-double with red flares. Three rows of ruffled of petals. Good substance and transparent quality. Reliable, fragrant, has seeds and some pollen. Good stem strength. A slower-growing plant for us with beautiful foliage. Seedling # D-98.  Ships in late September to mid-October.  AGE: Field-grown, 3+ year old graft or division from larger plants – our choice of available plant material upon harvest.
