Caroline Bay. Irvine/Sutherland. 2001. Advanced generation lutea hybrid. Seedling #233/2. Deep reddish-pink semi-double flowers with short maroon flares. Stigmas same color as petals. Good flower carriage. Foliage is a healthy medium green. Nicely ruffled and rounded petals create an overall round flower. From Bill Seidl seed sent to New Zealand in the 1990’s. Parentage: Seidl #21 x unknown. Ships late September to mid October. AGE: Field grown, 4+ year old graft or division from larger plants – our choice of available plant material upon harvest.
