Champagne

Champagne.  Irvine/Sutherland.  2001.  F1 lutea hybrid. Seedling # 534/11.  Large soft pink flowers fade to white as they age.  Flares, at petal bases, are large and fade into the petals.  Flowers exhibit excellent substance and are carried high on upright plants.  Foliage is dark green, of heavy substance, and remains in good shape well into fall.  From seed sent to New Zealand by William Seidl in the 1990s.  AGE: Field-grown, 3+ year old graft or division from larger plants – our choice of available plant material upon harvest.
