Cherry Pie. Domoto/Klehm. 1998. American suffruticosa cultivar. First bloomed 1987. This cherry rose-red semi-double tree is reliable, one bud per stem with good amount of bloom.  Excellent ruffling makes a very showy flower.   Klehm woody selections are excellent for American gardens for their beauty and climate tolerances.  A vigorous plant with good stem strength 36-48″ height. Blooms early with Japanese suffruticosa cultivars. Seedling # K87-3.  Pollen fertile.  Ships late September to mid October.  AGE: Field grown, 4+ year old graft or division from larger plants – our choice of available plant material upon harvest.
