Diamond Dust. Bremer. 2021. P. rockii influence hybrid. Parentage: (Lavender Hill x Yukitoro). Seedling #NB-SH55. Lovely white double flowers with light reddish basal flares are born on upright stems. The numerous lightly ruffled petals are notched and fringed along their outer their outer edges. The clear white colored petals have tiny glimmering specks which are illuminated by sunshine (diamond dusting). Filaments have red bases and fade to light yellow for most of their length. Stigmas and sheath are white. Plants reach 4 feet in height in Wisconsin, likely more in less rigorous climates. Small oblong leaflets are nicely spaced along red petioles. Leaflets are deep green and tinted with red early in the season. Not easily fertile, but does produce seed and pollen.   Ships in late September to mid October.  AGE: Field grown, 4+ year old graft or division from larger plants – our choice of available plant material upon harvest.
