Kasuga Yama. Japan. Chugai Nursery. Clear pinkish light crimson with darker base. Semi double flowers are carried in profusion. This cultivar is know for its winter flowering in suitable Japanese climates, but not here in the United States. Plants reach 3.5 feet in Wisconsin. A historic collectors plant that is not difficult to grow. Ships late September to mid October.
