Lilith (2 year graft)

Lilith.  William Gratwick.  1986. American suffruticosa.   Light, airy, and fluffy, vivid pink with darker broken flares, offset by deep pink sheath and filament bases. Flowers held upright and above the plant foliage. Vigorous, blooms early on 36-inch plants.  An incorrect plant was distributed years ago by another source, which is inferior.  Very good.  Fertile.  Ships late September to mid-October. These are 2 year old grafted plants.  While plants are relatively small, they have youthful vigor and make wonderful additions to the garden.  Plant and grow them as you would older woody peonies.
