Persephone. Daphnis. 1980. Lutea Hybrid.  Seedling #: D-26. Parentage: (L26 x 44 -White Queen. The petals are a pale, velvety, almost transparent yellow, curving back slightly at the rim. The foliage is slender. The name, from Greek mythology, refers to Demetra’s daughter.  This is a very rare cultivar and is slow-growing, but a healthy plant.  Excellent foliage.

Ships in late September to mid-October.  AGE: Field-grown, 3+ year old graft or division from larger plants – our choice of available plant material upon harvest.
