Sir Frederick Stern.  Smithers.  2003.  P. rockii influence hybrid.  Rockii x suffruticosa hybrid.  Seedling # “Rocks M”.  Parentage: (Rocks (UK) x unknown). Purple semi-double to double flower. Stamens, pollen, and seeds. No Fragrance. Dark flares, purple carpels. Plants bloom in early/mid-season on tall, strong plants with dark green foliage. Excellent and seldom seen in the North America. Ships in late September to mid-October.  AGE: Field-grown, 3+ year old graft or division from larger plants – our choice of available plant material upon harvest.
