Stolen Heaven.  Smirnov. 1964.  Japanese suffruticosa. Plants produce large semi-double white flowers, which are superior to many other white Japanese Suffruticosas.  Petals are notched and are beautifully wavy.  A slow-growing plant and not easily propagated.  To 3.5 feet in height here in Wisconsin, perhaps taller in less rigorous conditions.  Outstanding parent for a wide range of colored offspring.  Fertile both ways.  Superior with patience. Prefers soils which are well drained and never wet.  Ships in late September to mid-October.  AGE: Field-grown, 3+ year old graft or division from larger plants – our choice of available plant material upon harvest.
