Thalia.  Daphnis.  1995.  Advanced generation lutea hybrid.  The pinkish-red flowers are medium to large and single in form.  Flowers exhibit good substance and are slightly glossy. The strong growing plants may reach 4 feet in height and 5 feet in width in Wisconsin.  No fertility noted to date.  Thalia=Three Graces.  Plants produce beautiful, clean, deep green foliage. A collector’s plant, but of easy culture and a good candidate for anyone who wants to grow woody peonies.  Seedling # D511. Ships in late September to mid-October.  AGE: Field-grown, 3+ year old graft or division from larger plants – our choice of available plant material upon harvest.
