Yachiyo-Tsubaki (Eternal Camelias). Japan. Unregistered historic Japanese suffruticosa cultivar. Single to semi-double, clear pink. The medium-sized flowers are very tailored. Plants emerge with red foliage and retain much of this coloration throughout the growing season. Plants become wider than high at maturity. Very good. Fertile both ways. Ships in late September to mid-October. AGE: Field-grown, 3+ year old graft or division from larger plants – our choice of available plant material upon harvest.
